Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. 

We cannot take responsibility for any damage during delivery as we take all precautionary measures to guarantee that your chocolates are protected and clearly labelled so that your purchase arrives in peak condition.

If you have any concerns or believe that your package has not yet been delivered, do not hesitate to contact us.

We use Royal Mail, first Class delivery service for our chocolate bars.

We are trying to get your order at your doorstep as soon as we can. We currently offer a standard delivery of 3-5 working days from the date that payment has been cleared and the order confirmed. This includes processing time between order confirmation and dispatch. These time periods are a guide only and the exact delivery time frame can not be guaranteed. If you need items for a specific date, please discuss with a member of our team before placing your order.
