About the event
Learn about the wonderful journey of craft chocolate while working with finely selected cocoa beans. Discover the process and complexity of craft chocolate production ; from harvesting, winnowing to tempering and so much more... While sipping a glass of Prosecco, you will be moulding your own chocolate bars, decorate them with inclusions of your choice , package them and take them home.
Our bean-to-bar class is a fun and educational event for all culinary curious wishing to find out how and where their chocolate bar is produced.
